2. 能正确理解、朗读Cartoon time 中的故事,能读懂其中的趣味之处,能在教师的指导下表演故事。

学情分析:
学生经过两年的英语学习已经有了一定的语言基础知识和表达能力,但学生能力参差不齐,部分学生缺少有效的学习方法和与他人合作学习的意识,因此需注重加强方法指导和促进他们自主学习、师友合作。
教学过程:
Step1. Warming-up
1. Learning aims.

a. T: Boys and girls, please enjoy a song and pay attention to the numbers.
b. Answer the question: What’s in the song?

3. Free talk.
T: Today, we’ll have our English lesson in this classroom. Do you like this classroom? It’s big and nice, right? There are many things here. Let’s have a PK game between boys and girls. Say about the things here as many as possible. You have one minute to prepare.
Step2. Presentation.
1. Cartoon time.
a. (PPT shows the picture of Bobby and Tina sitting in the sitting-room.)
T: Look at this room. Is it nice too? What’s in this room?
S: Bobby and Tina.
T: Yes, Bobby and Tina are sitting on the sofa. What’s the matter with Bobby?
S: He’s hungry.
T: What’s for him? Listen to Tina. S: You can have some cakes.
T: Can Bobby find any cakes in the fridge? Let’s watch the cartoon.
b. Watch and answer.
Can Bobby find any cakes in the fridge? No, he can’t.
What does Bobby say? (Learn to say “There aren’t any cakes here.”)

Step3. Consolidation.
